Story Update

Another week has passed, so it's time for my story update! I've been mainly working on my archer, Opalsparkle, though I also managed to get married on my Wizard as well for the buffs.

I was hanging around in Elderine when I saw a notice from KylerB on Party Registration that said "LF wife". I didn't think much of it at that time and I sent him a whisper saying "LF>hubby", just for fun. It got us talking and I realized that I actually KNEW this guy from Bijou! He was one of my old guildmates from Shuzoku on Bijou. We got married soon after.
He was only level 60 at that time, but it didn't really matter, and I also offered to help him in powerlevelling to make his life easier. It felt really good to be reconnecting with my old friends.

I finally decided to do the level 20 promo for Opal proper, but I hit a problem: nobody giving a buff. There WAS a cleric who offered to buff me, but when she asked "are you german", I said no, and she just ran off. Heck, why do you have to buff people according to where they're from?

This promo went quite easily because when you see my stat window after a few levels...

That was my damage :P I cheated though, had a Harm Scroll on.

I was levelling Opal in Collapsed Prison when a level 36 mage asked whether he could be in my party. Normally I don't trust people like that to NOT mess up, but he did a pretty good job of helping me to slow down the mobs and dealing damage. He then offered to level me up to level 60, and I gladly accepted. Turns out he had a level 112 Ranger and we had a enjoyable powerlevelling session.

In return, I offered to level up his mage to level 60.

A few days ago I was in Roumen when I heard someone chatting to another. What caught my attention was WHO was talking. It was DumbPandaCow, journeyrocks/MooieLeugen (did I spell that correct?) on Bijou. He was a guildie from DaBarKadz. When I whispered him "hi journey", his reaction was something like this:

Sorry about the bad quality, might take you some time to read. After that we were basically catching up with each other, chatting about friends on Fiesta, stuff like that. It feels really good to be hanging out with people I actually knew instead of people whom I just knew on Terra.
